During the second Great Shinobi War there was Chaos. Most Villages were thrown into poverty and stealing. These were not the best time for the villages. As they were in great destress from the force put on them by other villages.

This war happend because of the Akatsuki. The Akatsuki were the most powerful ninja around and they used their powers to deseve and hurt the villages. Then a plan hatched in the leaders head. And he put the villages against eachother causing the Second Great Shinbo War.

During this war the 7 Great Scrolls of Tuyakushi were hidden. These scrolls had great power sealed within them and the Village Leaders new that if these fell into Akatsuki's hands they were doomed. So they hid them away. But they were found years later by the newer generation of Sand and Leaf villages. These scrolls are now mostly in the hands of Sand and Leaf but one scroll is under Akatsukis power. These scrolls when combined together increases the users chakra 40x. Although that is with them all together. They only work when together during a full moon.

Akatsukis goals are to:
Obtain all 7 Great Scrolls of Tuyakushi
Kill the Kages of every village
Destroy the villages for good and eventually have world domination

The sand and leaf village have just signed a treaty to a bloody war between the two villages were involved in for 70 years.In the war hero's were made and traitor's were made friends and enemies were killed bonds were broken trust was lost and at the end nothing was resolved only a fake peace.

The two kage's of each village have a handshake and give a fake smile, each kage knowing that the other can betray the treaty at any moment.Both village live in peace but live withought trust each village training their now deminshed amount of ninja for any sign of war from the other village.But what the two villages are unaware of is that there is another threat begining to form their name is Akatsuki.

As the villages keep an eye on eachother not knowing what is happening in the shadows the akatsuki begin their plans with the intent of causing a war that will cause so much loss and pain that the world will learn what true pain is and stop their bickering and fighting and any sins that they may make.Akatsuki searches for the items that started the Seventy Year War with these items they will cause a greater a war that will desrtroy the villages and fufill their goal.

I kinda like arashi's idea

shortly after the destruction of the 9 tailed beasts,the sand and leaf went to war for many many years,and after a few long years,the earth village,mist village,and cloud village decide to get involved and take down the leaf and the sand village.With no options left,the two villages begin to work together and create 8 great shinobi weapons(4 each).They gave these weapons to their top shinobi,the villages fought back against the other villages and killed almost all of their shinobi and leaving the villages themselves in ruin.however,after the war,the hokage and kazekage did not yet fully trust each other,and both secretly kept the weapons instead of destroying them.After many years,under orders from theor leaders,the weapons were passed down to the next generation and spread out,not just confined to the 2 villages.Now,Akatsuki has once again risen to power and attempted to seize the weapons once again and take control of the world.In order to accomplish this,they have once again turned the leaf and sand against each other.Who will win this neverending powerstruggle?

Arc name:Akatsuki's first move

setting:Wind country-sand village desert

plot:

The Akatsuki leader sends a two man team to the wind country to retrieve one of the Tuyakushi scrolls in the sand village desert.The team succesfully enters the wind country but while traveling towards the location of the scroll they encounter some sand ninja(NPC's).The Akatsuki duo easily kills the sand ninja but one of the sand ninja sends a message to the kazekage by using his meesanger hawk, after this the sand ninja is killed by one of the Akatsuki duo.

The Akatsuki duo then begin to travel towards the location of the Tuyakushi scroll.In the sand village the kazekage for an unkwon reason feels something bad is happening somewhere.At the moment he begins to think about why he has this feeling a sand village jounin with the message the messanger hawk has reports to the kazekage what it's about. After hearing the situation the kazekage makes a four man team of sand ninja and sends them to the desert to destroy the intruders.In the desert the Akatsuki duo finally reach the location of the scroll at first glance it just looks like nothing is there but when one of the Akatsuki members begins to walk foward the floor beneath them crumbles and the Akatsuki duo fall into the hole.

When they reach the bottom of the hole they find themselves in a cavern.The Akatsuki duo then find the Tuyakushi scroll they were sent to retrieve.The Akatsuki duo then grab the scroll and as they begin to get out of the cavern, and as they begin to get out of the cavern the four man ninja squad the kazekage sent finally reach the duo.At first the sand ninja squad were cautious of the duo as they did not know if the Akatsuki team were the ones they were sent to destroy.But all this changed when one of the sand ninja notices one of the Akatsuki members with the Tuyakushi scroll.

At the sight of seeing the duo with the Tuyakushi the sand ninja know the two Akatsuki are the enemy and attack them a battle then begins between the sand ninja and the two Akatsuki members.As the battle ensues the Akatsuki member holding the scroll drops it on the floor. At the sight of this one of the sand ninjas fighting the akatsuki that dropped the scroll runs towards the scroll and picks it up.The Akatsuki member sees this and he sneak attacks the sand ninja with the scroll injuring him in the proccess and immobilizing him from the battle.

Then the Akatsuki member retrieves the scroll back and begins to fight the other sand ninja that was fighting him one on one.The other Akatsuki member having trouble with the two sand ninja gets his headband knocked off him and the headband falls onto the ground.Realizing that if this keeps going on they will surely not retrieve the scroll.So the Akatsuki member that had his headband off him moves towards his partner and then tells him that they had to escape.

One of the sand ninja noticing that the Akatsuki members were trying to escape stops them by attacking them.The battle then turns into a one on one and a two on one fight.

first scenario on the arc ending:

The Akatsuki members are succesful in retrieving the scroll and may have or may have not killed or injured a sand ninja or sand ninjas.They will also report to the Akatsuki leader and give him the scroll.The sand ninja if any alive return to the sand village and report to the kazekage their failure of the mission.

second scenario on arc ending:

The Akatsuki members are unsuccesful in returning the scroll and may have or may have not escaped the battle and one or both Akatsuki members were caught or one or both akatsuki members were killed. The sand ninja squad will return with the scroll and may or may not have one or both akatsuki members captured.The sand ninja will then report to the kazekage and tell them of their succes in the mission.If any Akatsuki member escapes he or they will report to the akatsuki leader and tell him of their failure.

I like it but next time end it before the fight scene. Put the scenarios but the fighting will go its on way through the fight. Plus i dont understand how it can be 4 vs 2 if there can only be 2 vs 2 max. Unless 1 has to take on 2 and another has to take on 2.

Arc Name:Burning Leaves Scattered Sand: Akatsuki's infiltration

plot:

After the vents of Akatsuki entering the wind country to get one of the tuyakushi scrolls the Kazekage feels that the leaf might have had something to do with it.To find out the kazekage sends two ANBU's to secretly infiltrate the leaf village and gather information that can prove if the leaf actually were apart of the two ninja invading the wind country.At the same time the Akatsuki leader is having a team of Akatsuki to go to the leaf village to retrieve a Tuyakushi scroll hidden in the present hokage's eye.At the same time the hokage is forming ninja squads that can protect the village when needed but the hokage has a strange feeling as the sun begins to fall and night comes.

In the Sand village the kazekage gives the two Anbu he chose to go to the mission the orders to just infiltrate the leaf village, and to be seen by no one and to avoid any conflicts if possible.At the end of the mission briefing the kazekage sends the ANBU to the leaf village.The Kazekage then thinks to himself that something horrible is about to arise and for an unkown reason begins to leave his office and leaves the village to a destination unkown.In the Akatsuki hideout the Akatsuki just finishes telling the two Akatsuki he has chosen what the mission is about and it's importance.The Akatsuki team then heads towards the leaf village to get the Tuyakushi scroll.

(if the akatsuki team that went to the sand village failed to retrieve the Tuyakushi scroll the Akatsuki leader will give the akatsuki team a furious talk about the mission and tells them if they fell there will be consequences)
