-When learning a summoning or an S-rank jutsu your rp has to be sixteen paragraphs long

-when learning a A-rank jutsu your rp on learning the jutsu needs to be fourteen paragraphs long Unless being taught by another person u will only need 5

-when learning a B-rank jutsu your rp on learninig the jutsu has to be twelve paragraphs long Unless being taught by another person u will only need 5

-when learning a C-rank jutsu your rp on learning the jutsu has to be ten paragraphs long Unless being taught by another person u will only need 5

-when learning a D-rank jutsu your rp on learning the jutsu has to be eight paragraphs long Unless being taught by another person u will only need 5

-when learning a E-rank jutsu your rp on learning the jutsu has to be six paragraphs long Unless being taught by another person u will only need 5

-WHEN LEARNING A JUTSU YOU DONT HAVE TO FINISH THE RP THE SAME DAY YOU STARTED IT ex.(if you started an rp on learning an A-rank jutsu you can stop the rp and say you left your training to do a mission or something like that.You then can go back to your training of the jutsu and you can finish it)

-You cannot train two jutsus at the same time.

-Your only allowed to learn one jutsu at a time.you can only make one jutsu at a time.

-No Jutsus that allow you to move at the speed of lightning unless ur rank is Anbu Captain or higher.

-academy student only allowed e, d. allowed only one element

-genin only allowed e, d, c. genin also cannot say they learned the art of walking on trees and the art of walking on water they have to be taught the art of walking on trees and the art of walking on water by their sensei. allowed one element.

-chuunin only allowed e, d, c, b. allowed two elements.

-jounin only allowed e, d, c, b, a. and one s rank unless you were once an ANBU you will be allowed two s rank jutsu allowed two s rank jutsu two elements, three if you have a blood line limit

-anbu only allowed e, d, c, b, a. and one s rank jutsu two elements, three if you have a blood line limit

-anbu captain only allowed e, d, c, b, a. and two s rank jutsu two elements, three if you have a blood line limit

-kages allowed every level of jutsu and Three elements elements.

-a leader of an organization allowed every level of jutsu and only three s rank jutsus and two elements, three if they have a blood line limit

-missing nins should be allowed the rank of jutsus depending on the rank they left their village and then they start from that point and then they will have to rp on how they got the high level jutsus ex. if you are a missing nin and you left your village when you were a chuunin your only allowed the levels of jutsu a chuunin may have.you then have to make an rp if you made an a rank jutsu for yourself and tell how you learned it before being able to use it.missing-nin are allowed two elements, three if you have a blood line limit
