Weapons Name: Soul Catcher
Type: offensive
Description: (It looks like the reapers weapon) Rumor has it that this weapon was touched by a Shinagami, nothing has been proving but when ever someone gets hit with the blade it takes a bit of the Soul + Chakra and powers it. The draw back on having this weapon is you start to see the Shinagami and if your will is weak you start to lose your mind.

Umm a little over powered if it can steal ur soul and chakra. Also u said if your will is weak. As a genin i would assume that your will isnt as strong as what ur saying. So please just remove those parts.
