They then can move they Lighting where ever they want by waving their fingers where ever they want it to go. This clan is actually rathered old. It is unknown though because they broke up years ago. Some of them stayed, but others made their own clans. The clans that came from the Raikiri are the Hatake and Uchiha clans.

Personality: Jamel has a Laid Back atitude. He nevers wants to fight or do anything. All he really wants to do is get some sleep. But ever since he became a Ninja, he never could. This is believed the reason Jamel is like this.

Special Characteristics:
Lighting Control- Jamel and his clan have complete control over Lighting, as his last name states. His clan is the masters of Lighting Control, and the only clan that can do it. No other clan has the ability. But this is because everyone in Jamel's can have markings on their backs that's shaped liked a Lighting Bolt.

After Jamel holds up his fist, lighting strikes it and forms a fist like shape. Jamel, as fast as he can, then punches his opponet with that fist. The punch has a 50% chance of paralyzing the opponet.

Description: A powerful jutsu, Ninpo Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon animals, objects and the dead to fight on their behalf. The ninja normally signs a blood contract with the animal species, which allows him to summon different size and skill levels of creature. Jamel summons Two Light Dragons by his side.

Description: This is Jamel's own, self made Jutsu. Since his clan doesn't have any Jutsus of there own, Jamel decided to make up one. After Jamel does a string of Hand Signs, Jamel uses his already summoned Dragons to hit his opponets from either side each Two times each. Then after his opponet his hurt and distracted, he attempts to hit them with the Chidori.

History/Background Story: Jamel is the only known person from his clan. Ever since a battle from long ago, they decided to stay hidden. Jamel has a great amount of brawns, and even more brains. He orginally was from the Leaf, because his past life, Jamel Wings, was a Jounin there. But after his death, he was born to the Raikiri clan in the Sand Village. Jamel did once have a Demon Mark, but it was sealed by his Sensai, never to be opened agained.

Roleplay Sample:
" Okay, let's try this again." Jamel was in the Desert, trying to perfect his Combination Lighting Strike Jutsu. Come on, Jamel. We're trying our best. Let's just finish tommorrow. This was Jamel's dragon, Flash. Yeah. Your working our scales off. This was Jamel's dragon, Drago. " We'll finish, when I say we're finish." Jamel shouted at them. They then smiled at each other. Drago striked from one side and Flash from the other, they did this Two times. Jamel fell to the ground in pain. " That was-agh-good. I guess we're finished." Jamel said, getting up.
