Clan: Wings-This is own of the newest clans. 50 years ago, a man was born to the Nara Clan with a Bird's Eye. He was shunned by everyone he seen. He then found out that he could control birds with his eye when a whole bunch of birds took him away and bowed down to him. So he used this power to mae the birds bring him up into the sky. On the cloud, he built his own Village. He named it the Village in the Sky. He then created his own clan called the Wings Clan. Everytime someone was borned, they were giving a bird of their own as a pet. They could use them to fight.

Personality: Jamel is very cheerful, even though is important battles, he shopws no mercy to his opponents. When you first meet him, you might think he has a very arrogent personility, since he doesn't smile much. But once you get to know him, you'll see he's a good guy. But hurt a bird in front of him, and your dead.
Special Characteristics: Much like the Sharigan and Byuagan, everyone in Jamel's clan has the Bird Eye. With this, they can see stuff from miles away. This is the only way they could control birds. The founder of the clan found this out when he was born by geting tooken away by birds and seeing them by down to him. This eye is the only way they could use their bird Jutsus.
Jamel's second Special Characteristic is much like the Nine Tail Fox Demon. Instead, he is a Fire Demon. Nobody knows how Jamel became like this. He was just born with the mark of the Phoenix. They knew it was the mark because when Jamel was a baby, it was activated. He nearly destroyed the whole Village. The only way for it to be activated, is for Jamel to get really mad. When this is activated, Jamel becomes gets the ability to fly, his fire forms around him, making him look like a Fire Demon, he becomes stronger, and finally, he becomes faster. But to get into this form, when Jamel becomes mad, his whole body Burns up. He starts wethering in pain. Finally, after 10 seconds, he turns into the Demon.

Clone Jutsu(E): Clone Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.
Transformation Jutsu(E): Transformation Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.
***Substitution Jutsu(E): A basic jutsu that allows the user to switch places with a nearby person or object such as a section of a log or an opponent. The best situtation in which to use it is when you are about to be struck with an attack. It is a fundemental jutsu in which mostly all ninja know.
Chidori(A): Chidori (a.k.a. Raikiri) is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Hatake Kakashi utilizing the Lightning Element. Chidori allows him to cut through any foe. Later, Uchiha Sasuke used his Sharingan and the training of Kakashi to also learn the technique. It was given the nickname Raikiri after it was said Kakashi used the technique to cut a lightning bolt in two. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, Kakashi and Sasuke's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack.
After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, Kakashi and Sasuke use their quickness and the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Because their opponent can easily counter the attack, it requires a Sharingan user to make the technique worthwhile. The Sharingan will allow them to predict any moves their opponent decides to make and send their strike home into the target. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name. Because of the great amount of chakra needed to utilize the technique, the technique can only be used so many times during the day.

The ninja will first quickly appear below their opponent, then with a switch upper kick they will launch their target into the air. Rock Lee uses the Konoha Kage Bayou to place his opponent into a position to do his Omote Renge technique. Uchiha Sasuke would go on to copy this move to set up his opponent for his Shishi Rendan technique.
One Thousand Years of Death(E): Though it is called "Leaf's Ancient Supreme Technique", One thousand Years of Death serves more as an insulting shock technique rather than a skilled Taijutsu technique. The ninja forms their hands into the seal of the tiger, and then jabs their fingers into the nether regions of their target. The result is shocking violation of the targets sanctity and often their launching in the air to stop the awkward feeling.

Bird Summoning Jutsu(D): This is Jamel's clan's own made Jutsu. In this Jutsu, Jamel summons Five of the strongest birds he ever seen. When Jamel summons them, he uses them to fight for him. They Scratch and Peck until the opponnat is weak. They then leave and let Jamel do the rest. Two of the Birds he uses is his own birds.
Bird Exploding Jutsu(D): This is Jamel's other own made Jutsu. Jamel uses his Three pet Birds in this Jutsu. He tells them to go to the opponet. Once at the opponet, Jamel does the Hand Signs, and his Birds explode. After the Jutsu, they reborn from the ashes.
Fire Style-Ultra Fire Jutsu: This is just like the Great Fire Jutsu. But in this Jutsu, Jamel, as well as his Birds, gather all the Fire they can in their mouth. As soon as smoke comes out their ears, they spit out the Fire, burning the opponet badly. Barely anyone could survive.
History/Background Story: Jamel and his parents were royality. When he was born, everywhere he went, people bowed down to him. When he was 4, they gave him the Pendant Of A Thousand Birds. Everything he said, people did. When he turned 11, he got tried of all that power. So he left his village, Village in the Sky, and flew down to the Hidden Leaf Village with his two birds. His Spirit Falcon was named Spirit. His baby Falcon was named Lighting. Once in the village, he started Ninja Academy.
Spirit was Jamel's first bird. He was given to Jamel when he was born as a baby Falcon. He then eventually grew as Jamel grew. Spirit and Jamel have a tight bond that nobody can break. When Jamel was Five, he met Lighting. Lighting was just a baby learning how to fly. Spirit offered to help, and taught Lighting how to fly. Jamel gave him the name Lighting because he is a very fast flyer. Jamel gave Spirit his name because hes a spirit Falcon.
Once a Genin, Jamel changed his whole outfit. He used to wear all black, sitting in dark corners. But now when he fights, he's wearing blue. He also wears a Monk Robe as a diguise when going to different Villages. His whole Team does the same thing. It was Jamel's idea to do it. He also gained a new Bird he named Pinky. It was Lightings long lost sister. With his Lunar Scypter, and his Three Birds, Jamel's Team became the strongest Team ever.
Roleplay Sample:
It was playtime in Ninja Academy. The kids got to do whatever they wanted now. They got to go where ever they wanted. As long as they stayed in the Village. Jamel and his two friends, Saruto and Hinaba, were sitting by a tree. They were listening to Jamel's story. Jamel then showed them how he can summon his two birds with just one whistle. Just then, Spirit and Lighting came.
" Pretty cool, dude." Saruto said. This was the first thing he ever said was cool. " But can you do the Resangan? My dad is trying to teach me how to do it. But it's not going so well." Saruto, before Jamel came to the village, thoguht he was the coolest guy ever. His dad was the legendary Naruto Uzamakai and his mom was Sakura Haruno. His girlfriend, Hinaba, was the spouse of Hinata Hyuuga and Kiba Inuzuka. He thought that meant he was cool.
" Your Birds Eyes are pretty cool, too. Can you show me what they look like?" Jamel nodded. He didn't want anyone else to see, so Saruto and Hinaba huddled up closely. He took off his spades and showed them his eyes. " That is so cool."
Just then, a cat ran on top of a tree and ate a bird. Jamel started getting mad. " Nobody hurts a bird while I'm around." Jamel's pendent started glowing. His spades came off, reveiling the Birds Eye. " Bird Exploding Jutsu!" A thousand birds came to Jamel. He pointed to the cat. All the birds went to the cat and exploded, killing the cat.
All of a sudden, the ashes started reforming. All the birds that exploded, came back to life. They said thank you to Jamel in bird language, and flew off. Jamel then looked at the remainings of the cat. " I guess I got carried away." Jamel said. And they all laughed. It was time to go back to Ninja Academy. But they would never forget that day.

Yah about the demon u cant have that without it having a bad thing. Like you lose life span etc.
